YOU ARE HERE FOR A REASON.

For as long as I can remember, I have felt this pull to be more, learn more, achieve more. I always knew I was on this earth for a reason and that I was meant to create an impact. From the age of 8, I felt destined for something special. I was on my way to becoming an Olympic Rhythmic Gymnast, practicing 5-6 days a week, training before and after school, and using visualization techniques when I wasn’t in the gym. I loved almost every minute of it! However, when I entered the national level around the age of 13, things changed. I was weighed in, measured, and told to lose weight weekly. Suddenly, my value felt like it was no longer being measured by my talent but rather by the size of my thighs and the number on the scale.

I retired from all of that at 16. What was my purpose now? What would my future look like? What did I even want for myself? That’s when my journey of personal development and uncovering my purpose began.

A little background info on me.

I’m a woman. I’m a wife. I’m a mom. I’m a daughter, sister, and friend.

I am multi-passionate. I’ve been a high-performance athlete, competitive gymnastics coach, and choreographer. I’ve been a professional country singer, songwriter, and entertainer. I’ve been a financial assistant, I’m an event planner, and Co-Founder of The Willows Box & Co. Gifting Studio. And I have the pleasure of empowering women just like you.

Let’s be honest, we as women walk through so many transitions in our lifetime. We never stop growing & evolving. In order for us to create a life we love, we MUST uncover our purpose and give our dreams the energy and focus they require. One-on-one coaching is powerful and so is living a life aligned with your purpose… it feels amazing!

I’m blessed with incredible women, entrepreneurs and mentors in my life. And over the past 20+ years I’ve learned A LOT about success strategies, organization and building a community of amazing women. My journey has had it’s ups & downs, and it’s taken me some time to get here but the lessons learned along the way are essential. AND now I’m SO grateful to be empowering amazing women like YOU uncover their purpose, design their next chapter & create a life they love!

Everything in us is calling us to grow, no matter our age or where we are at in life. Fun facts about me.

  • My favorite place to vacation is in Kelowna, B.C.

  • Jenny has been my best friend since grade 9.

  • I unapologetically enjoy watching the Real Housewives of (fill in the blank)!

  • Favorite musical moments for me are performing with my band at Ranchman’s & Nashville North Tent during the Calgary Stampede.

  • I was born in Fernie, BC, raised in Calgary, AB, and now call Saskatoon, SK home.

  • I began coaching Rhythmic Gymnastics when I was 11 years old.

  • I have been blessed with 11 nephews, 13 nieces. ♡

  • I was country when country wasn’t cool. :)
