We will start with a complimentary, 15 minute Connection Call by phone or video. It’s a great opportunity for us to meet virtually and discuss what’s most important to you. You will get to know me as a coach, with no pressure or obligation to move forward.

I will email you a questionnaire to help me understand your needs, wants and challenges before we start. Sessions are 60 - 90 minutes each week for 8 weeks with assignments in between.
